The Alrex hinge is a unique hinge that incorporates all the functions of a door closer into a hinge (sweep, latch, backcheck, hold-open, etc). Fire Rated and ADA compliant.

This hinge is great for both new construction to prevent sagging on wide or heavy doors, and as a aftermarket to fix doors that are sagging due to excessive use, abuse, weight or width

These hinges allow wires to be passed through the hinge in order to transfer power to an electrified piece of hardware (lock or exit device).  The wire is concealed to eliminate tampering or abuse.

Hinge Tips are available on most hinges to add a unique appearance to the hardware on aesthetically appealing openings

These special spring hinges help to make sure doors get back to their closed position without the use of a door closer
